Chicken Sauce Recipe
- Soft chicken wings
- Sesame oil
- Garlic oil
- Green chili pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Lemon juice
- Cooking wine
- Start out by washing your chicken and putting them in a clean cooking pan. Now, add some sesame oil all over the chicken. Now, add some garlic oil too. Add some salt and stir gently to combine.
- Then, go in with some sweet chili sauce, some green chili, mashed garlic, onions, and oyster sauce. You need to add a lot of oyster sauce, but not too much though – moderately.
- Next, add some lemon juice to the chicken sauce. You can slice a lemon into two and squeeze out the juice but if you have a lemon squeezer, you can use that too.
- Now, add some paprika powder, and some red cooking wine. There is no need to add any liquid because the chicken will produce its own liquid to cook with. Now, cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
