  • Lemongrass
  • Ginger
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • First, start off by washing your lemon grass under running water. This is to make sure that you get rid of any dirt and impurities or extra dead layer. Then, peel the ginger and also wash it.
  • Next, get the lemongrass and cut off the bulbous head. Then make sizeable length cuts and set them aside. Once you get to the end part of the lemongrass, tie it up and also set it aside. Now, cut your already washed ginger into bits.
  • Next, place a pot of boiling water on the heater. Then, add your lemongrass to the water. Now, add your sliced ginger to the water and let it boil for about 10 minutes. Now, take out the lemongrass and sieve the tea into a clean cup. Now, add your honey to the cup and stir gently. Your lemongrass tea is ready. You can drink it daily or find a comfortable tea schedule.
