- Two ripe bananas
- 1 cup=250ml1 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup=60ml1/4 cup of dried cranberries
The weight of the peeled banana should be about 170 grams. Start by putting the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.
Then, add in 1 cup of quick oats. Next, add 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped. Mix well.
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Now, dig out a tbsp and put it on the baking tray.
