Ingredients

  

• 220g creamy peanut butter
• 100g unsalted butter
• 70g granulated sugar
• 70g brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 220g all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

 

• In a mixer bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter.
• Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mix.
• Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mix.
• Add flour, baking soda, and salt, mix
• Roll the dough into a ball, roll in sugar, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
• Bake at 350F/175C for 10-12 minutes.
• Remove the cookies from the oven, cool for 10-15 minutes, and place Hershey's kisses or a chocolate bar on each cookie (I made chocolate gingerbread for Christmas
• If you put chocolate on too hot cookies, it will all melt (if you see that it melts quickly, put the cookies in the refrigerator, this will prevent the chocolate from losing its shape).
