Blueberry waffles! Oh hell yeah, they sure taste heavenly. If there's one thing I know, it's that you'll never remain the same after having one bite. The good news is that you can make your very own Blueberry waffles at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Mini waffle iron

For serving:

  • Strawberries
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • First, get a clean bowl. Add your melted butter into the bowl, add your buttermilk and egg. Whisk gently. Next, add your sugar, milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
  • Whisk one more time (gently) until it forms a paste. Add your blueberries and turn gently. Next, scoop some paste and pour it into the waffles maker. Close and turn on the waffles maker. Let the waffles cook for the required time.
  • Repeat the "Scoop and pour" process for as many waffles as you want to make. Your waffles is ready to be served with strawberry and honey toppings. Enjoy!
