Smoothies have become an on-the-go staple for health-conscious eaters, and we have to say that they're the new liquid. They’re easy to make, filled with fruits and veggies, and are ready in seconds.
1ST SMOOTHIE:
- 1. Apples
- 2. Pineapples
- 3. Cucumbers
- 4. Carrots
- 5. Beet Roots
- 6. Honey
- 7. Chia seeds.
2ND SMOOTHIE:
- Sunshine Smoothie
- 1. Honey
- 2. Banana
- 3. Pawpaw
- 4. Orange
- 5. Chia seeds.
1ST SMOOTHIE:Start by washing your ingredients thoroughly and chopping them into bit sized pieces (to help the blending process). Once you're done with that, get your blender ready for work. Now, place all the carefully cut ingredients in the blender. You can add some fresh juice to the mix and the honey before blending.
Now, cover up the blender and blend till completely smooth, then pour in a glass cup and enjoy your fresh smoothie as either breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
