Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 3 Tbsp Groundnuts
  • 1 Cup Yoghurt
  • 1Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Oats
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions
 

  • Start out by peeling your banana. After peeling it, chop it into small sizes. Once that is done, pour them into your blender and add your groundnuts. They are a source of healthy fats and are very good at muscle building.
  • Now, add your cup of yogurt (which is a source of protein, especially for vegetarians).
  • Next up to go into the blender would be your honey. Now, you can add 2 tablespoons of oats and a half cup of milk to the blender. After that is done, cover the blender and blend to form a smooth paste.
  • Pour into a jar when you're done and keep refrigerated. You can take it every day if you wish.
