Tiramisu Overnight Oats Recipe

This tiramisu overnight oats are the perfect healthy breakfast. It's full of energy, it's easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  

For the oats

  • 1/2 Cup + 1 tablespoon Rolled oats 55g
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of your choice (120ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the yogurt layer:

  • 2/3 Cup Yogurt (150g)
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener of your choice

For decoration:

  • Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, a glass or a mason jar mix rolled oats, chia seeds.
  • In a glass mix with instant coffee (you also can use espresso shot). Add the mixture into the oats, add the sweetener and mix.
  • Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
  • Before serving mix yogurt with sweetener.
  • Assembly: in a jar or a glass, layer half of the oat mix, then layer half of the yogurt, repeat one more time. At this stage you can keep it in the fridge (covered), up to 4-5 days.
  • When ready to serve, dust with cocoa powder.
