  • COPPER MULTI JIGGER
  • COPPER BARSPOON
  • COPPER SHELL STRAINER

Ingredients

CLASSIC MARTINI:-

  • 75ml Dry Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • Dash of Orange Bitters

PERFECT MARTINI: The Perfect Martini calls for equal parts of both sweet and dry vermouth. It's less boozy than the original and was featured in Harry Craddock's Savoy Cocktail Book.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 45ml Dry Gin
  • 22.5ml Dry Vermouth
  • 22.5ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Orange Bitters

DIRTY MARTINI: The Dirty Martini was created by New York bartender John O'Connor back in 1901. Inspiration was taken for the classic martini's garnish, the olive. Muddled olives and a splash of olive brine adds a salty, umami flavor that works well with savory style gins.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 75ml Dry Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • 15ml Olive Brine

50/50 MARTINI: The 50/50 Martini is essentially a very wet martini with equal parts of both dry gin and dry vermouth. This automatically results in a lower ABV sipper (compared to that of the classic martini) and, is a great way to showcase your favorite vermouth. One of the many well known cocktails recipes featured in Harry Craddock's Savoy Cocktail Book.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 45ml Dry Gin
  • 45ml Dry Vermouth

Instructions

CLASSIC MARTINI:

  • Measure out 75ml of dry gin. Now, follow that with dry Vermouth. Measure out 15 mil, which is half an ounce. Now, add ice to that mixing glass. Don't forget to add the orange bitters as well. Just add one dash.
  • Now, stir for 30 or 40 seconds. Now, strain that into a well chilled cocktail glass. To garnish, add three Coriole olives. There you have it – your classic Martini.
  • Note: If you want to make a drier Martini, you actually use less dry Vermouth and there's more sugar content in the Vermouth than there is in the gin. So, therefore, less Vermouth makes a drier Martini.

PERFECT MARTINI:

  • Measure out 45 mil, which is 1.5 ounce of dry gin. Now, add 22.5 mil, which is three-quarter once of dry Vermouth. Also add 22.5 mil, which is three-quarter once of sweet Vermouth. Now, add ice and stir for 30-40 seconds.
  • Now, strain that into a well chilled glass. You can add a twist of lemon to garnish it.

DIRTY MARTINI:

  • Now, for the dirty Martini, it is the same measurement as the Classic martin, except it calls for olive brines and muddled olives. Start out by adding two olives into a jar and muddle it up.
  • Now, add 15mil of the olive brine as well. Now, add 75 mil of your preferred dry gin. Add 50 mil of your dry Vermouth. Now, add some ice and stir it down for about 30 or 40 seconds.
  • Now, strain into a chill glass. Garnish with 3 olives – and there, you have a dirty Martini. Cheers!

50/50 MARTINI:

  • This Martini is exactly as it sounds. 50% Gin and 50% dry Vermouth. Measure out 45mil of each and add some ice. Give it a stir.
  • Now, strain into a chilled glass. You can garnish with olives or lemon. It's completely up to you. You can add some orange bitters or not. It's completely up to you.
