Sugarcane Juice Recipe
If you prefer sugarcane juice, then we can show you how to extract the juice from the stalks and have a nice time.
Ingredients
- Sugar cane
- Lemon juice
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Start out by washing, peeling and cutting your sugar cane stalks into smaller bits. When buying these stalks, make sure you buy the ones that have some juice at least.
- After you're done washing and cutting them into sizeable pieces, add them into your blender. You can choose to add water to mix it up or lemon juice.
- Whichever one you decide, add it and blend well. Once you're sure that it has blended, pour out the mixture into a sieve to separate the sugar cane chaff from the juice itself.
- Once that is done, you can now transfer it to a clean glass cup. Add your honey and serve chilled.
