Ingredients
  

  • 400grms minced beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1tbsp garlic/ginger paste
  • 1 large potato, cubed
  • 1 carrot, cubed-1/2cup green peas
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1tbsp tomato paste
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1 beef cube
  • 1 cup water
  • oil.

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding some oil into a cooking pan. Add your chopped onions. Now, stir gently to combine. Add your mashed ginger and garlic. Once they have mixed up well, add your minced meat.
  • Stir gently and mix up. Allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now, add the vegetables – the carrots, green peas etc, and stir gently to mix up. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Next, add the tomato and tomato paste. Stir and cook for some time. Now, season with cumin powder, black pepper and salt. Stir gently until everything is nicely mixed. Adjust the taste if you wish.
  • Now, if you have beef broth, you can use it, but if you don't, simply add some water to the stew. Give it a quick mix and cover the pot. Allow the vegetables cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Your minced beef stew is ready to be served and eaten with rice or any serving of your choice.
