Do you know that you can easily make and store fruit juice, and they would last between 7 and 10 days? Well, good thing is we are about to show you how to do just that.
Ingredients
- Watermelons
- Oranges
- Apples
- Pineapples
- Cucumbers
Instructions
- Start out by washing the fruits thoroughly. Then cut your watermelon in smaller pieces. Remove the green bits and discard. Afterwards, place on a plate and set aside.
- Peel your pineapples, cut and set aside too. Do the same for all your fruits. Now that the fruits are all peeled and cut, you can proceed to juicing. You can start with a fruit first, maybe watermelon.
- Keep juicing until you have completely gotten the juice from the fruits. Once you're done juicing, you can transfer each juice to a different container and store in the freezer.
