Instructions
- Let's get started – Cut the peppers, and 2 red onion into small chunks, and blend roughly. Now, pour the coarsely blended pepper into a frying pan. Add your blended onions to the pepper mix. Add some salt. Then add your beef/chicken seasoning cubes. Stir gently.
- Boil the blended peppers mix for 15 minutes. While that is cooking up, get a cooking pan and add some palm oil. Allow it to bleach properly before adding your chopped onions. Stir and fry for 2 minutes. Now, add your already boiled meats to fry.
- After they are done frying, get them off the heat and into a clean bowl. Now, reduce the oil and add your locust beans (iru). Stir gently before adding your crayfish powder. Stir again and fry for about a minute. Check on your pepper mix and add it to the frying locust beans.
- Stir again. Fry for 15 minutes before adding your boiled eggs. Now, add your meats back into the pot and stir again. Add your smoked fish and dry fish to it and stir gently too. Fry for 5 minutes.
