• 45ml Vanilla Vodka (1.5 oz)
• 15ml Passionfruit Liqueur (0.5 oz)
• 30ml Passionfruit Puree (0.5 oz)
• 2 Barspoons of Vanilla Sugar
• Sidecar of Champagne

Instructions

 

• Start out by measuring 45ml Vanilla Vodka (1.5 oz) into a measuring jug and add it into the mixing cup. Now, add 15ml Passion fruit Liqueur (0.5 oz) into the measuring cup before pouring into the mixing cup as well.
• Measure out 30ml Passion fruit purée (0.5 oz) and add it to the mixing cup too. Now, add 2 Bar spoons of Vanilla Sugar. Now, add some ice and cover it up. Shake together vigorously to combine.
• Once that is done, scoop the Martini into a serving glass. You can now garnish with a slice of passion fruit and serve.
