How To Make Delicious Abacha
- Palm oil
- Potash water
- Cooked Cow skin (kpomo)
- Smoked fish
- Stock fish
- Crayfish powder
- Seasoning Powder
- Garlic (Optional)
- Uziza leaves
- Start by adding some palm oil into a cooking pan. Don't place it on a heater. You can make this meal without fire at all. Now, add some potash water. Stir till it is creamy and thick. Next, add some Ugba and already cooked and seasoned kpomo to the pan.
- Next, add some smoked fish and stock fish as well. Now, add your Crayfish powder, Seasoning Powder, Garlic (Optional) and then add some Pepper.
- Mix everything together to combine evenly. When that is done, add the Abacha. Before you add the Abacha, make sure that you soaked them for a few minutes in water to soften up.
- Now, mix everything together to combine. You can some more onions and pepper if you like. After that, add some uziza leaves to spice it up. Your Abacha is ready to be eaten.
