How To Make Crispy Fried Chicken: Today we will be showing you the very special and sensational KFC secret Recipe. At the end of this tutorial, you will be equipped with the knowledge and be right on your way to making your very own special crispy fried chicken!. You don’t have to go to KFC anymore (don’t tell anyone we said so). So, let’s get right into it.

1. Chicken
2. Flour (2 Cups)
3. Cornflour
4. Garlic Powder
5. Ginger powder
6. Onion powder
7. Paprika
8. Salt
9. Chicken Bouillon
10. Parsley
11. Hot sauce
12. Full cream milk
13. Lemon
14. Eggs
15. Spring onion (Or regular onion).

Start by pouring some flour into a sift. You can use about 2 cups (for this recipe, we will be using All purpose flour). Sift the flour to get rid of lumps or weevils. (If you have a weevil problem, when you buy your flour, put in in the fridge for about 4 days, It is guaranteed to kill the weevils in there). Gently sift the flour into another bowl until you’re done. Next, sift some corn flour over the already sifted flour. The cornflour is to make the chicken extra crispy. Now, gently combine them together.

Next, add your garlic powder, some ginger powder. Add some onion powder, some salt, some chicken bouillon and some paprika. Then, you can mix them all together. If you wish to add more ingredients to your flour, then do. Next, cut up your chicken into eatable and sizeable bits. Wash and put them in a bowl. Start seasoning them with onion powder, paprika, ginger, and garlic powder. Add some parsley, some bouillon, and some salt. Now mix them up. If you want, you can still marinate the chicken for a while before proceeding.

Next, add your hot sauce to the chicken and add your full cream milk. Now, squeeze some lemon juice onto the chicken and mix well. Now, place the chicken away and continue with the other ingredients.

In a clean bowl, crack up some eggs and season them with some salt, hot sauce, chicken seasoning and the remaining full cream milk. Then mix them together. Now, put the chicken one by one in the flour mixture and turn them to make sure that the flour gets into the crevice of the chicken. Now, put them into the egg mixture and put them back into the flour before putting them out on a plate. Repeat this process until all the chickens are fully ready to be fried or baked.

In a clean pot, add some cooking oil. Add a spring onion to season the oil. Now, start adding your chicken one by one to the oil to fry. Once you’re sure that the chicken is well fried, golden brown, scoop them off the heat and into a sieve, then place the next batch to fry. Do this until you’re done with the chicken.

If you don’t have a spring onion, you can use regular onion or green bell pepper. Also, make sure that the oil is not too hot. If it is too hot, the chicken will burn faster, leaving the insides uncooked. If the oil is too low, your chicken will get soaked in oil. Always check the temperature of your cooker from time to time. The timing of the chicken depends on the size of the chicken.
