Cat Fish Peppersoup: Have you ever wanted something peppery and spicy to wad off the cold weather on days that it won’t just stop raining? Then, you should absolutely try this special catfish peppersoup. It’s easy to make and in no time, it will be ready.

INGREDIENTS:

Ehu
Uziza seeds
Clove
Orima
Onions
Pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Stock cubes
Crayfish
Salt

HOW TO PREPARE:

Start out by washing your catfish carefully. Place them in a clean pot and add your ehu, uziza seeds, clove and orima. Chop some onions and add them to the fish.

Next, add your blended pepper, ginger, and garlic to the pot. Also add your stock cubes and ground crayfish to the mix too. Now, allow it to simmer for a few minutes before adding your water. Add some salt to taste and cover to simmer well.

Once your pepper soup is ready, you can serve with rice or yam. This is easy to prepare and we promise you will enjoy every bit of it.
