Bell Pepper & Chicken Fried Rice

* 3 cups rice
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 3 cups of water
* 2 chicken breast
* 1 teaspoon knorr chicken seasoning
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 1 of Green, yellow, and red bell peppers
* Handful of red onions
* 3-finger chili
* 4 cloves garlic clove
HOW TO PREPARE:
Start by adding your rice into a pot to cook. Allow it to boil. While that is cooking, start cutting up your peppers into small sizes. Don’t forget to wash them before cutting. In a bowl, add some chicken seasoning and then some salt. Add your garlic powder and onion powder. Add your pepper and stir. Don’t forget to go with the measurement above.
Slice your chicken breasts into smaller bits. Once that is done, add your already mixed seasoning to it and mash them up nicely. In a cooking pan, add your chicken breasts one after the other. It’s always best to cook with a non-stick pan, it helps the food avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Check back on your rice and sieve it to wash. After washing, place the rice back into the pot, add some salt and allow it to boil. In a frying pan, add some oil. Add your minced garlic afterward and stir nicely. Now, add your already cooked rice into the pan and stir to get your garlic mixed up with it. Next, add your soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well, until the sauce is evenly distributed and coated.
In another pan, add some oil and add your chicken. Fry until it’s no longer pink. Then, add your chopped onions, and chili pepper and stir till combined. Now, add your chopped peppers to the mix. Stir them together. Add a little of the seasoning mix here. Now, pour everything into the rice and stir to combine evenly. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes. Your food is ready to be served.
