Easy Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- Rice
- Onion
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Unsalted butter
- Sazon
- Seasoning cubes
- Curry
- Stock
- Water
- Salt
- Mixed spices
- Carrots
- Green bell pepper
- Red bell pepper
- Green peas
- Sweet corn
- Spring onions
- Shrimps
Instructions
- Start out by blending your onions, pepper, and garlic to form a smooth paste which will be used to cook this delicious food. Next, add some unsalted butter into a cooking pan and allow it to melt. Then, add your pepper mix to the pot and stir to combine.
- Now, add your already washed and drained rice to the pot. Stir to combine well before adding your sazon, seasoning cubes, curry, stock, water, salt.
- Now, while the rice is cooking, in another pot, add another bar of unsalted butter and let it melt. Then, add some of that pepper mix. Stir to combine. Next, add your shrimps and stir to mix up properly. Add some mixed spices.
- Next, chop up your green and red bell pepper if you haven't already done that. Also, chop up your carrots into tiny bits. Now, add them to the pot. Next, add your sweet corn and your green peas.
- Now, after that is done and properly cooked, add this to your rice and stir gently to combine. Add your chopped spring onions to garnish. Allow to cook well and serve.
