Weight Gain Smoothie: Hi there food lovers! Today, we would be sharing our top-notch weight gain smoothie with you. This recipe will show you how to gain weight fast in less than a week. It’s a healthy weight gain Smoothie. You will definitely gain weight in less than a week with this delicious drink, take it twice a day for better results.

Ingredients:

1 Banana
3 Tbsp Groundnuts
1 Cup Yoghurt
1Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Oats
1/2 cup of milk

HOW TO PREPARE:

Start out by peeling your banana. After peeling it, chop it into small sizes. Once that is done, pour them into your blender and add your groundnuts. They are a source of healthy fats and are very good at muscle building. Now, add your cup of yogurt (which is a source of proteins, especially for vegetarians).

Next up to go into the blender would be your honey. Now, you can add 2 tablespoons of oats and a half cup of milk to the blender. After that is done, cover the blender and blend to form a smooth paste. Pour into a jar when you’re done and keep refrigerated. You can take it every day if you wish.
