Weight Gain Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 3 Tbsp Groundnuts
- 1 Cup Yoghurt
- 1Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Oats
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Start out by peeling your banana. After peeling it, chop it into small sizes. Once that is done, pour them into your blender and add your groundnuts. They are a source of healthy fats and are very good at muscle building.
- Now, add your cup of yogurt (which is a source of protein, especially for vegetarians).
- Next up to go into the blender would be your honey. Now, you can add 2 tablespoons of oats and a half cup of milk to the blender. After that is done, cover the blender and blend to form a smooth paste.
