Vibrant Pink Breakfast Smoothie-
- 1 red apple
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 beetroot
- 15 red seedless grapes
- 3 cup watermelon chunks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 greek yogurt
- Lots of ice
Very Healthy Green Detox Smoothie-
- 1 avocado
- 1 green apple
- 2 bananas
- 15 seedless green grapes
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 6-8 spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/8 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 cup of green tea
- Lots of ice
Yellow Sunshine Smoothie-
- 1 golden melon
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 clementine or tangerine
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1/8 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- Lots of ice
Instructions
Vibrant Pink Breakfast Smoothie
- Start by adding 1 cup of apple juice, watermelon, apples, bananas, greek yogurt, beetroot, seedless grapes, a drizzle of honey, and some ice. Close the blender and blend till smooth. Transfer the smoothie into a jar, put a straw in and enjoy. This recipe serves two people satisfactorily.
Green Detox Smoothie
- Start by adding some green tea into the blender, followed by greek yogurt, spinach, bananas, apples, English pear, grapes, kiwi fruits, avocado, lemon juice, honey, and some ice. Transfer the smoothie into a jar, put a straw in and enjoy.
Yellow Sunshine Smoothie
- Start by adding the orange juice to the blender, add your yogurt, followed by pineapple chunks, tangerine, oranges, bananas, golden melon, honey, and some ice. Cover the blender and blend till smooth. Transfer the smoothie into a jar, put a straw in and enjoy.
